The Role
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Compensation: $40,000-50,000 base + performance-based bonus (OTE) (uncapped, est. $50,000-100,000) + potential equity
Ideal Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking a commercially sharp, startup-native Digital Health Partnerships Lead to build and grow EndlessDx’s relationships within the digital health ecosystem. This role is the engine of our healthtech partnerships and focuses on identifying innovative companies that can benefit from integrating our diagnostic capabilities. It is ideal for someone who thrives in venture-backed environments, enjoys working with founders and product teams, and is motivated by helping mission-driven companies succeed. In this role you will identify and develop new digital health partnerships, guide companies through integration and onboarding, and support partners as they launch diagnostic-enabled programs. You will work closely with our business development team to expand EndlessDx’s presence across the healthtech ecosystem while ensuring partner companies successfully deploy our testing infrastructure. Over time, this role can grow into broader ecosystem leadership as EndlessDx becomes a core diagnostics partner for digital health platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Digital Health Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships with digital health startups and health technology companies that can benefit from integrating EndlessDx diagnostics.
• Ecosystem Development: Build relationships with founders, product leaders, and operators across the digital health ecosystem.
• Partner Onboarding & Integration: Guide partners through onboarding and help coordinate technical integrations and operational rollout.
• Partner Success: Support partners as they launch and scale programs using EndlessDx testing infrastructure.
• Pipeline Development: Build and manage a pipeline of digital health partnership opportunities.
• Internal CollaborationL Work closely with laboratory, product, and operations teams to ensure partners are successful.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
Success in this role means helping innovative healthtech companies successfully deploy diagnostics through EndlessDx.

• A growing pipeline of digital health partnerships
• Successful onboarding and launch of new partner programs

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles at a venture-backed startup or health technology company.
Interest in the intersection of diagnostics, healthcare infrastructure, and digital health platforms.
Experience working with digital health platforms, telehealth companies, or healthcare startups.
Familiarity with APIs, product integrations, or platform partnerships.
Existing relationships within the digital health or startup ecosystem.
Experience working closely with founders, product teams, or early-stage startup operators.
